Ride on Sunday 25th April

 I have advertised this as a 'one-bike' ride as it will only be my 11th outing on a bike this year, I don't have an e-bike and am slow up hills.

The plan is to leave Melmerby at 10.15 to cycle via Milburn and Kirkby Thore to Temple Sowerby, arriving there around 11.30, hoping to avoid the lunch rush - about 12 miles. We will return via Langwathby; the short route takes us via Little Salkeld, the longer, hillier route along the other side of the River Eden to Lazonby and Kirkoswald.

If you wish extend the ride you can do so by cycling to and from Melmerby. The Bakery is open from 9 so you can have coffee before we start if you wish.
