I am proposing to ride from Melmerby over Hartside to Alston and Halbankgate (stop) then Forrest Head Talkin and back along the Fellside a total of about 50mi - The weather isn't looking too bad and I would be glad of company? Stats: 72.5km 750m ascent but who believes that?
