Will be doing a ride to Langwathby Village Hall for the " Big Breakfast ". Details of which Mike kindly put on a blog a couple of days ago,
Starting at Frenchfield, Bottom of Hill, going out through Great Strickland, Morland, Kirkby Thore, Newbiggin and Skirwith to Langwathby.
Should be there arounds 11:30 ( Distance 18 miles ).
Afternoon ride will be to Long Meg & Her Daughters, Kirkoswald, Lazonby, then a loop from Lazonby back to back to Frenchfield ( Distance about 16 miles ). Total distance 34 miles.
Couple of unnecessary Hills on the way!.
Hope to see you all at Frenchfield or at the Village Hall.

PS - If coming by car to Frenchfield the easiest way to get there at present is via the A66 Kemplay roundabout since there road works and traffic lights on Carleton Road between Penrith town and the Cross Keys.
