Starting from Dalston 09:30, ride around Carlisle and into the Debatable Lands up to Bewcastle. Return Brampton, Wetheral etc. Bring refreshments as opportunities are sparse before the afternoon - will probably stop for a cup of tea in Lanercost. Map of likely route below.
