For a change I am suggesting Kirkby Lonsdale starting at Devil's Bridge. The route is quite hilly to start with but we will take it steady and the second half is merely lumpy! 73km and 1000m of ascent. LINK to route. We visit Barbondale to reach Dent then via Kingdale to Ingleton, Clapham, Keasdon, Wray and back to KL. Lunch at Ingleton or Clapham and pos. ice cream at Wray. A grand day out - I hope.
This is just the job if you intend doing the Sportive on Saturday - call it a 'Recharger' to get you up and going!
