The route will be as published : -
Start : Kirkby Stephen at 09:30
To 11's - at Hawes via, Nateby, Mallerstang and Hardraw ( about 18 miles )
To Lunch - in Dent, via Appersett, Newby Head Moss and Dentdale ( about 14 miles )
Return - to Kirkby Stephen, via Sedburgh and A863, the Tommy Road, Pendragon Castle and Nateby ( about 23 miles ).
The overal distance is about 55 miles with 1500 m of ascent.
Depending on weather conditions, the route could be changed to cut out the Hawes / Dent loops reducing the overall distance to 35 miles with a single stop at Farfield Mill near Jedburgh.
I hope conditions permit tackling the full circuit and I hope to see lots of riders out.
