Sorry folks - I had planned to lead the third stage of the source to sea route, postponed from last Sunday, but I have spent two days in bed fighting off a miserable cold and I'm still chesty so I will be unable to cycle. I hope those of you who wish can find themselves something to do - maybe meet at Abbott Lodge for 11s and make a plan from there. Sorry to disappoint.
