The meeting place is Morrison's car park off Shap Road in Kendal. The route crosses the Lythe Valley to Bowland Bridge and follows the Winster Valley down to Lindale and Grange. I have moved the coffee stop to Grange over Sands from Cartmel in order to get a more balanced ride. The ride around Morecambe Bay is via Meathop, Levens and Sandside to lunch at Arnside. The return will be through the Silverdale lanes and across the moss to Holme. The total distance is about 45 miles. Ernest.
