Late one! A 58 mile, 3 bike ride, starting from the car park in Dalston on Wednesday at 09.30 hours. Hesket Newmarket, Caldbeck to Uldale for refreshments at Mae's (17 mile). Heading to Mealsgate & out to the coast at Allonby (34 mile) for a quick refreshment stop if needed. Back inland to Abbyetown, Lessonhall & then 'wiggle' the way back to Dalston. Route >> HERE <<
Forecast at this time is for some early sunny spells, some light rain at times & a fresh breeze, 16° C max. A mixed bag but shouldn't be too bad. 'Bail out' options just in case though.
