68 mile, 3 bike ride starting at 09.30 hours from the Cenotaph, Rickerby Park, Carlisle (plenty of free parking).
Route takes us through Kirklinton, Penton to Newcastleton (28 mile) for 'brunch'. There are no shops or cafes before then so byo if needed. Onto Bewcastle, Birdoswald, Lanercost, Walton & return to Carlisle (choice of cafe stops after Bewcastle). Route >> HERE <<
We will probably cross tracks with folk doing the Cross Border Sportive but there is plenty of room for everyone. There's no charge for my ride but no free food stops or medals at the end... maybe a 'tick' of CJ 🤔😁
