Starting at Dalston at 9:30, First stop Watchtree (10) miles for Coffee.
Head for Anthorn via Fingland, then follow the Solway coast to Bownes.
A picnic in Bownes Wall start shelter (27 miles). Return to Dalston by Longburgh and Great Orton.
