Mountain biking from Sedbergh

Weather looking good for Friday's ride
Meet at layby on A684 (near junct of 684 and 683) GR SD 664 919  (on E side of Sedbergh) There's room for a few cars or alternately you can park on the main A683 road.
I propose doing the Bowderdale circuit over the calf down Bowderdale - lunch at Newbiggin and back along the bridleway in the valley from Adamthwaite through to Sedbergh. Bring food and water/drink. This is a classic but longish route but you can escape to the road on the way back. Should be a grand day out!
