Wednesday's ride will start from Devil's Bridge, Kirkby Lonsdale at 0930. There is free parking on the road down to the bridge and also on the first turning left after the bridge (A683 signposted Barbon or Casterton).
From Kirkby we will go over Barbondale to Dent and on to Horton in Ribblesdale for 11s via Dentdale and Ribblehead. From here we will head for the Garden Centre in Wray by way of Clapham, Ingleton and Burton in Lonsdale. The return leg will take us through Hornby, Gressingham and Burton in Kendal before we return to Kirkby via Hutton Roof.
The route will be quite hilly and will be approx. 65miles. The forecast is looking good, so it should be a grand 3 county day out.
