Wednesday's 3 bike ride will follow the morning route of next week's Tri-Vets 100mile ride. The ride will set off from the car park in Greystoke at 09:30 and go to Melmerby for coffee (17-1/2 miles) and on to Appleby for lunch (36 miles) before returning to Greystoke for a total distance of 60 miles with about 3,500ft ascent. The weather forecast is good so I hope to see lots of you out!
