The ride starts at Greystoke at 9.30am.
There are two shortish stages to the route. One is to 11s on Ullswater at Glenridding and then one around Ullswater to Howtown for lunch. Each of these is about 12 miles.
In the afternoon we have a longer loop around Penrith on the return to Greystoke. The total distance will be about 45 miles.
The weather forecast is not good, but we are never far from the next cafe stop or Greystoke.
