This is such a gentle ride, that we might arrive far too early at the Melmerby Village Bakery so I may be forced to add in some loops... I plan to leave Appleby cloisters around 10, then will cycle up past the station to meet anyone coming by train. We will be following the fellside route to Melmerby and coming back into Appleby on our return up the Colby hill. I hope it will be an enjoyable day out.
