Wednesday's ride will start from Kirkby Stephen Cloisters at 0930, but as Fleet Moss is closed, I have changed the route. It will be longer and will still be quite hilly, but not as steep as the original route.
Starting from KS we will go over Lamps Moss to Thwaite, Gunnerside and Reeth and have lunch in Richmond. After lunch we will return via Redmire, Askrigg, Hardraw and Mallerstang. The total distance will be 76 miles. 11s will be in Gunnerside, and depending on time and group needs, we may stop for a quick afternoon tea.
The forecast at the moment is excellent - sunshine and light winds, so clean your summer bikes and come along and enjoy the ride.
