Well, I've just checked the weather and it seems we will only get rain in the afternoon - so it's looking better than it did! Elevenses at Wheyrigg Hotel and lunch at the garden centre at Mawbray as per runs list. Undulating, not particularly hilly route, steady pace - unless we get a ripping tailwind :)) I will be on my winter bike. 55ish miles maybe a bit shorter.
Looking forward to seeing folk (and the seaside!) tomorrow.
